In recent years, she has focused her career on U.S. immigration, specializing in employment-based cases like EB2 NIW and EB1, strategic Business Plans, and family and consular processes. Her expertise in both finance and immigration allows her to provide a comprehensive approach for those looking to establish themselves in the U.S.

Currently, Paola serves as the Business and Employment Immigration Paralegal, and also leads the Customer Service area, ensuring a high-quality client experience and strengthening communication throughout the immigration process.
